First time ever I had to make a return, The Manger Eric was kind, polite and helpful, our return/exchange was done in less than 5 minutes without any issues or trouble at all. Very pleased with the level of service provided here.

Love going to HF anymore. Beats getting the run around from Snap on and others. Plus the prices are more normal for same quality as the expensive brands. I had to warranty my rotary hammer and it was taken no questions asked. Better than I can say for Lowes, who wouldn't take a broken craftsman wrench back. Keep up the good customer service!!

Harbor freight is one of those places that has something for almost everyone . Basic hardware to heavy duty air tools and accessories . nice selection of car and home maintenance products and equipment . Some may argue that tools and equipment are not " top notch " but they're more than what's needed for the average person , some products have lifetime warranties as well.

Price points have always been there! It is nice to see quality make its way up/improve. For your next home project, inside or out, or a move, Harbor Freight needs to be on the short list for supplies small and large.

Always a fun place to shop, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes I just don't need a fancy brand tool name to get a simple job done. A recent trip to a rental company, for a specific tool for a 1 time use, I found it was cheaper to buy the tool I needed at Harbor Freight. There is always a double rainbow over Harbor Freight when I shop...

Bill was such a great help. I called about 25 minutes before closing because I needed a tool that was sold out everywhere. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and he already had it there waiting for me at the register. Thank you so much Bill for your amazing service and kindness.

Even their cheapest lines of tools have great quality these days
